The end-of-day Z-report is never typed into accounting by hand: POS sales post automatically with payment types and VAT breakdown. Your accountant sees orderly records instead of a pile of slips.

How are recipe cost and per-portion profit tracked?

A recipe-cost card is defined for every menu item; when an ingredient price changes, the portion cost updates automatically. You see per menu item which dish makes money and which one erodes the margin.

How are kitchen stock and waste brought under control?

Every portion sold is deducted from kitchen stock through its recipe; count differences are reported as waste. Ingredients at critical levels are suggested automatically for supplier orders.
