What we collect and why

We collect data only through the contact form: your name, email address, (optional) company/cooperative name and your message. This data is processed solely to respond to your request — to handle a quote, demo or consulting inquiry.

Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract at your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b); KVKK Art. 5(2)(c)) and the communication you initiate.

Cookies and analytics

This site is served statically; it uses no marketing or tracking cookies and collects no behavioral data through third-party analytics.

Retention and sharing

Form data is kept only as long as needed to resolve your request; it is never sold or shared for marketing. Your data reaches us only via our email infrastructure provider.

Your rights

Under GDPR Art. 15-22 and KVKK Art. 11 you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to processing and port your data. Write to info@agrirossa.com; requests are answered within 30 days at the latest.
