Data controller

This site is operated by Agrirossa Mühendislik Ziraat Enerji İthalat İhracat Turizm ve Teknolojik Danışmanlık A.Ş. (“Agrirossa”), based on the Ege University campus in Bornova/İzmir, Türkiye. Your personal data is processed by Agrirossa as data controller under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698). What we collect and why

We collect data only through the contact form: your name, email address, phone number (required), (optional) company/cooperative name and your message. This data is processed solely to respond to your request — to handle a quote, demo or consulting inquiry.

Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract at your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b); KVKK Art. 5(2)(c)) and the communication you initiate.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses no marketing or tracking cookies and does not share data with third-party analytics tools (such as Google Analytics). Instead we run our own first-party measurement on our server: we record the pages you visit, the links/buttons you click, your referrer and campaign (UTM) parameters, an anonymous visitor identifier stored in your browser, your IP address and user-agent. The purpose is to understand site usage and to measure which content/campaigns lead to contact. This data is kept only on our own server, is not shared with third parties, and is reduced to anonymous statistics or deleted after a limited period. To see where our visitors are, we may ask for your browser’s location permission: if you allow it we use your approximate or precise location (coordinates); if you decline we only estimate your country from your IP address (the country lookup runs offline on our server and your location is not sent to any third party).

If you submit a form, we link that submission to the visitor identifier in your browser and to your IP address, so we can see the browsing that led to your inquiry. The basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in improving our services and assessing your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f); KVKK Art. 5(2)(f)). To object, write to info@agrirossa.com.

Only on the homepage, to show you the right language, your browser checks your country code: your IP address is sent momentarily to the ipapi.co service for this purpose; the result (a country code) is used solely to redirect you to the appropriate language and is not stored by us. Once you choose a language manually, this check no longer runs.

Retention and sharing

Form data is kept only as long as needed to resolve your request; it is never sold or shared for marketing. Your data reaches us only via our email infrastructure provider.

Your rights

Under GDPR Art. 15-22 and KVKK Art. 11 you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to processing and port your data. Write to info@agrirossa.com; requests are answered within 30 days at the latest.
