Scope

This policy explains how cookies and similar technologies (local storage) are used on agrirossa.com and its subdomains, operated by Agrirossa Mühendislik Ziraat Enerji İthalat İhracat Turizm ve Teknolojik Danışmanlık A.Ş. What cookies are, and what we use

A cookie is a small text file that a website places in your browser. Our site does not set cookies in the classic sense; it uses browser local storage, which serves the same function. Local storage entries stay in your browser, are not sent automatically with every request, and remain until you delete them.

We use no marketing, advertising or retargeting cookies, and no third-party tracking tools such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel.

What we store

Visitor ID (agr_vid): a randomly generated anonymous identifier that lets us link page views to the same visitor and measure site usage. Duration: until you delete it.

First-touch source (agr_utm): the campaign or link (UTM parameters) through which you first reached the site. Purpose: measuring which content leads to contact. Duration: until you delete it.

Location prompt flag (agr_loc_done): remembers that the location permission question has already been asked, so it is not repeated. The location itself is not stored here.

Language preference (agr_lang): remembers that you chose a language manually, so the automatic language redirect on the homepage no longer runs.

The legal basis for these entries is our legitimate interest in improving the site and technical necessities such as honouring your language choice (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f); KVKK Art. 5(2)(f)).

Cookies at the payment step

When you pay online, the payment page opens on the licensed payment institution’s own domain. That institution may use its own strictly necessary session cookies for transaction security and fraud prevention; those cookies are governed by its policy, and your card details never reach our site at any stage.

How to delete these entries

You can delete the data stored for agrirossa.com at any time under “site data / cookies” in your browser settings. After deletion your visitor ID is generated afresh at random and is not linked to earlier records. In private/incognito windows the entries are removed automatically when the window closes.
