From inside agriculture, to the field.
Agrirossa is an engineering venture based on the Ege University campus (Bornova/İzmir). We know field problems from the field itself, not from a desk — our test site sits in Söke, the agricultural heartland of Türkiye’s Aegean coast, and that is where we validate our solutions.
Our story
A venture that grew out of the field
Agrirossa was founded on 13 May 2022 with the TÜBİTAK 1512 (BiGG) entrepreneurship grant. Our starting point was simple: field operations are the most expensive and least consistent link in agricultural production — and that problem can only be solved from inside the field. Our registered legal name is Agrirossa Mühendislik Ziraat Enerji İthalat İhracat Turizm ve Teknolojik Danışmanlık A.Ş. — Agrirossa for short.
Today our team, based at Ege University (Bornova/İzmir), works across four arms: field robotics and production systems, software and data, digital services, and strategy and consulting. Solutions are validated at our test site in Söke; everything we learn in the field feeds the whole network.
